One of the least finished rooms in the house was the powder room downstairs, just off the living room area. Basically it consisted of a free standing sink and a toilet.

Prior to starting this renovation, we took the time to create a 3D model of the room which allowed us to place exactly the items we were considering, and gave us the chance to try different arrangements and even room colours. Based on this experiment we decided to create a vanity across the length of the back wall and to mount a bowl style sink on top of it.
